SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

As soon as the BrikStore receives confirmation of your payment, you immediately begin the separation, the stone crimping process, the chosen metal bath, quality conferencing and the packaging of your product.

BrikStore works with the average <02> workday <02> deadline to prepare your part (s), after confirmation of payment. The MAIL term starts after the product has been dispatched with the respective tracking code and depends exclusively on the option made at the time of purchase for the MAIL (PAC or SEDEX) and the place of delivery.

You can follow your request through your registration by clicking on MY LOGIN in the upper right corner of the home screen. With your email and password you can follow the status of your order through the MAIL tracking code.

BrikStore will forward your order status to your email in the following moments:

• When your order is RECEIVED

• When your order is PAYMENT or in cases of NO AUTHORIZED

• When your order is SHIPPED to the MAILS. • • At the moment of confirmation of DELIVERY, also by MAILS.



RECEIVING PRECAUTIONS

To confirm that your product arrived in perfect condition, check delivery on receipt.

Refuse deliveries with open packaging or damaged parts.
